This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Fairfield County Court Docket is privately operated. Official docket sheets, settings, sealed-record questions, certified copies, and case-specific legal questions must go to the court or clerk that holds the case.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route the request by court, not just by the county name. Common Pleas General Division civil and felony criminal matters use the elected Clerk of Courts and Common Pleas eServices. Municipal misdemeanors, adult traffic, small claims, eviction, and limited civil files belong with Fairfield County Municipal Court. Probate and Juvenile records have their own third-floor court staff and access rules.
- Common Pleas docket or filed document: use Common Pleas eServices, then contact the Clerk or Records Division for a copy.
- Municipal case or hearing: use Municipal Dockets and Case Search, or call the Municipal clerk.
- Court setting: check the current docket and calendar, then confirm with the court office if the date matters.
- Certified Common Pleas copy: identify the case and document, then request it from the Records Division.
- Probate or Juvenile file: contact that division directly; juvenile and confidential records can have access limits.
